Overview
The following are the rules for the Counter-Strike: Source 5v5 Tournament. Infernaledge Tournament Admins have the right to change any rule at any time with proper announcement of rule change.

Team Details
The minimum and maximum amount of players allowed to play during a match is 5 members per team. Team substitutions can only be made if the substitute player is listed upon registering for the Tournament. Substitutions can be made at any time; however, the player leaving the match must exit the server PRIOR to the substitute’s connection.

Match Details
Counter-Strike: Source will be played. Matches will consist of two halves of 15 rounds each. Both participating teams will have an opportunity to play as both Terrorist and Counter-Terrorist. The first team to win 16 rounds wins the match. In the event of a tie, both teams will play a 3 round elimination all on the same map. No team should leave before all 30 rounds are played. Any team that leaves the server before the completion of the entire match forfeits the rest of the rounds to the opposing team. Overtime matches are considered sudden death. The first team to win the majority of the rounds wins, and the match does not have to be continued.

Voice Communication
The official in-game voice communication is the preferred form of voice communication. Programs such as Ventrilo or Teamspeak have to be agreed upon by both participating team leaders.

Basic Server Rules
Team Spectating: Forced
Start Money: $800
Friendly Fire: On
Round Limit: 30 (15 per side, 3 rounds per side in the event of overtime)
Time Limit: 2.00 Minutes Per Round

Half Time
Maps will not be reloaded at half time due to the limited amount of time the tournament is running. Teams are to wait until admin approval to switch sides. Any teammate caught switching teams before admin approval would be considered a disputable offense. Upon switching teams, both participants have up to 5 minutes to discuss strategy or use the tournament facilities. The second half will be started whether all members are back at their seats or not after the given 5 minutes.

Boosting and Exploiting
Any number of players can boost at any time. Any section of the map is fair game unless it is used to see into areas of the map that were not intended. Infernaledge Tournament Admins will have final say over the legality of a boost or exploit.

Addressing Exploits and Cheats
All participants are required to record demo’s of their match. An official Infernaledge Tournament Admin is the only person entitled to request to view a demo. If a team feels that they lost due to another teams foul play, they are to speak to an Admin immediately. Cheating and the use of exploits are prohibited and will result in a removal from the Tournament. Demo Recording is required!

Sportsmanship
All teams are expected to show good sportsmanship to the opposing teams in their respective matches. While tournaments are competitive in nature, all participants should be respected. Acts of poor sportsmanship may lead to removal of a team/player from the Tournament.

Can you consider using the official CAL config on the server?

You have the maxrounds set at 15, that will cause the server to switch to the next map after 15 rounds won't it? If that's not true then I apologize, but if that happens, there may be discrepencies over the halftime score if the map changes that quickly. I think that with cal.cfg on, maxrounds 0, and timelimit 0 everything else looks good.

How do i make a scrolling table using CSS? I have a lot of information but little space to put it on, so could anyone give me the CSS code to make it be able to scroll? That would be really helpful.

Looks like you've wondered the wrong place.
